Name: Sol – Is the Norse goddess of the sun.
Nickname: They use to call her Skoll
Age: 3 years, but very wise.
Species: Hybrid- Half wolf – Half African Wild Dog
Appearnce: Sol has the fur of an African Wild but the body of a wolf. She is about 6' when standing on her behind legs. Her tail being half the length of her body. Her eye color is a yellowish color, sometimes they look like cat eyes. Her fur is long, making her look bigger then she is.
Power: Sol's power is very unique and most will say very gifted. She makes her body turn into the wind. Its her way of flying, her way of getting away, her way of suprising. She will either turn into the dirt that she stands on, or the leaves that fall from the trees. Its her way of leaving a mark when she makes a scene.
Personality: Sol’s personality is mixed emotions, in some ways she has the bipolar disorder. The fact she died and came back gave her a new life, a different prospect on things. So when she takes notice of one not living, or not doing what they need to do to succeed she will get frustrated and out rage. Otherwise she is very calm and laid back. The other emotion she shows is depression, when she does see one succeed she becomes jealous and sad. Wishing she could live a normal life. Her depression is what keeps her alone. But if one does meet her, they think of her as an angel.
History: Sol was a breed that was created by human being. The humans decided to mix a wild dog with a wolf and find out what type of dog they would get, and how they could use this type. Well, in doing so. Sol's mother was the African Wild Dog, while her Father was the Timber Wolf. After success Sol was left alone in watch by the humans. They named her quickly Skoll after the Giant Wolf Who chased the Sun, While naming her brother Hati, the giant wolf who chased the moon. Soon after naming her she grew, and one of the humans took notice that Sol was a girl. So they had to re-think a name, and this gave her the name SOL, but yet a few times they will still mistake her as Skoll. But a few years in training, they lost all hope for the pup. And left her out in the wild to die. Sadly she did pass away, but some how she was in the land of Kouhai and the gift of the land brought her back. She is know as a spirit, for she is dead, but yet alive. Her gift is unique, but harmless. Since the day she was given a second chance at life, she never regretted anything. She helps those who enter the land to find their way, but her depression leads her to be on her own. Mix emotions that she hopes to control
Family:
Mother: An African Wild Dog that is unknown to her.
Father: A timber wolf who is unknown to her
Sisters.Brothers: Hati, a hybrid with the same breed sligtly different color. Has not seen in years. But is hoping to find him again in the after life.
HATI AND SOL:
Sol’s mother gave birth to two little puppies. Since the mix breeds were complete different, the process of making this new breed would take years to develop. Hoping for two males, the humans decided to name the two, Skoll and Hati. Skoll getting her name because she had more yellow, where Hati had more of a brownish coloring to it. The two were taught and raised by the humans, trying to see where they could be used for. First they tried their strength, Hati being the male had more strength, out beating his sister. The humans question Skoll, why was she so weak? After all the training, their rest periods Hati would rest his head upon Skoll, a sign of protection. The next training was their smarts, how they work as a herder. Skoll was the winner in this task, leading and telling Hati what to do and how. They were a perfect team, but that didn’t matter, soon enough the humans took notice that Skoll was a female and quickly changed her name to Sol, but those who did not know kept calling her Skoll. And in process of realizing she was female, her trainning began to slow down as for Hati he trained more and more. After a year and half, they realize the protection Hati had for Sol, and Sol had for Hati. It was hard to mate Hati to any other female for Sol wouldn’t allow it, even if they separated them. So, since the family love of the two was ruinning the humans project they decided to realease Sol to the wild. Sadly Sol had no surviving skills, so she only lasted a month in the wild life. She had hope and courge in that last month of her life, hoping to find her brother. Her death ended up being under a rock in the springs, she only died for 5 mins before she started breathing a new life. Her mission is to help others and lead the lost to be found. In return for the act of goodness she hopes that this will bring her brother to her.
My last moments of my brother was me screaming "Hati!" as he slowly fell with a dart in his neck. Quickly I laid next to him, resting my head upon his side. Yes a tear fell from my face as a dart hit my neck. My last thought was "I will be with you soon, my brother, i will find you." then my eyes closed.
Tips: They say the only way Sol will move on to the after life, is when her brother comes and finds her. And together they will leave.
