Pack Information:This is where you understand each pack, how they became and how they work as a team. Along with what they hate, like, and expect in a wolf.
HOW IT ALL STARTED:
No one bothered the look for an entrance through the mountains, for it was just as easy to go around them then over them. Many were intimidated by the natural fog that could make the already maze-like mountain caverns a labyrinth. So when three wolves, for three different reasons, found their way through the eerily sunlit mist, they found a completely unique land of wonders. Uninhabited by any other wolves, the three of them met shortafter entering the land dubbed Kouhai. They scouted the lands and confirmed its inhabitation, and the three of them decided to form a pack amongst them.
Dissention led to the possibilities of war, just among the three of them. Arguments on ranks and disagreements of laws eventually led to a compromise; the lands would be split into three, each of the wolves dictating over their own sections of land with their own rules and their own packs. It seems fate for now, only days later, rogues are stumbling into the lands the have not been walked upon by wolves' paws in centuries.
Aquene the wolves that live among the open plains of Kouhai.
The Terrirory
The plains cover more then 1/3s of Kouhai, which holds the majority of large mammals. It's temperatures slowly changing as the seasons circle around the planet. Experiencing temperatures that can reach the 3 digits as well as getting close to below 0. In summer, the rain slowly stops pouring leaving the land dry. Heat waves reaching above the 100s, making the river the number one place to rest at, as it only dried up once. Sacrifice and logic are the only ways of surviving the summer nights, as the temperatures do not decrease. In fall, the winds start to move into the plains cooling the area down. Fall is the time of the year to regain strength and to prepare for another harsh weather change. Winter soon rolls around, the wind that came early fall soon becomes a freezing chill, making the grasslands frost over. The river becomes more icy, but does not freeze. The temperatures slowly changes, only once per year will it snow, and when it does the snow melts the next day. The animals in which the Aquene hunt soon began their migrate towards forest as more vegetation is found, making the wolves travel longer and further away from their dens. After dealing with the cold winds, spring comes around. Rain showers are never ending, melting the snow in the mountains, unfreezing the grasslands, and giving live to the forest. The grasslands become more green, the water more fresh and over flowing, and the hills are covered in colorful wild flowers that continue into the meadows. Life begins to regrow.

The rules
[/li][/ul]
Ileai the wolves who stalk through the forest of Kouhai.
The Territory[/b]
The forests of Kouhai are dangerous to any who do not know its paths. In the winter, the evergreens take most of the snow atop their branches, leaving some parts of the forest floor dry and without snow. An icy wind chills the ground, covering the ground with ice that leaves little scent and no tracks. Most of the time the lake remains unfrozen, but on especially bad seasons a thin layer of ice developes. In summer, the trees are in full bloom and the bitter scene changes, to one of life and excitement. Prey is plentiful in the majority of the year, and there is usually little reason to leave the territory.
Ages;[/b]
Novus -- Birth to eight months. Pups are not expected to hold ranks, and usually are not allowed.
Discipulus -- From eight months to a year. Trainees help on pack hunts, den moves, basically all the work that is done by every member, but they don't have a rank to accompany the work.
Juveniles -- From one year to two years, juveniles can hold any rank that they can take. If they don't want a rank, they're simply assigned hunters.
Adults -- From two years to nine years, adults in the pack are given a rank on the first day of spring. They can choose to stay as a hunter or a pupsitter, but the alpha will give them another rank if they'd like. They can also request a rank, but the alpha may refuse.
Kappas -- From nine years onwards, wolves become Kappas. Kappas are given more leniency, are exempt from pack hunts, and are given respect by all members.

The Rules
Imperium the wolves who dwell in the dangerous mountains and valleys.
The Terrirory
The mountain range of Kouhai can be a dangerous place. The worst conditions are in the winter, when the slopes get icy and precarious. To survive the winter, Imperium usually spends more time in the valleys, going into the mountains mainly to hunt for snow hares and such. The mountains may seem barren to many, but Imperium wolves learn to see life where it exists in less noticeable forms.
They live in caves, or under slabs of rock protruding from the mountain side. But no den is permanent. Unless there are new pups or pups about to be born, the group changes its living areas every once and a while. This helps the land replenish its food sources, and hunting in certain areas may be banned for a period of time. Food issues are serious in the mountains.
