"Sire is a very busy wolf. He will come don't worry." she said to him. "So welcome to the mysterious lands of the Ileai, Kohana." she said to him, as vines pulsed around her font feet, bright green, blue, and orange flowers were left behind as she walked to the lake shore to take a drink. "So what brings you here Sir?" she said speaking to Kohana clearing her throat of the water.

Kohana looks at Lythium's feet as things began to grow, it amused him how both females that stood infront of him gave life to the earth in some way or another. "fantasizing" He speaks out loud, without realizing it. It made him feel slightly worst of himself, as he had the gift to destroy life. Was this place a good choice? He was already surrounded by wolves who have gifts of life, and he had the gift of death. So in his thoughts he decided to keep quiet of his natural gift. In away he was ashamed, and if one asked he would just tell part of his gift, the gift of flight. In away he wouldn't be lying, just not fully telling. Kohana watches Lythium's movement as she walks towards the water. He takes a breath of air, as her scent enters his nose. His eyes closing as the scent of female interested him, in more then one ways. Slowly opening his eyes he took notice that his wings were open wide, I guess they thought they were suppose to do a mating call. He lowers them back to his back, and finally he answers her question "I guess the scent of females drew me in, haven't spoken to one since my mother." He lowers his head as the thought of his mother enter. Raising his head up slowly, "Is it wrong to say I was drawn by females?" As he realized his words could have been taken offensively.

Carger had stirred, admittedly from a state of watchful rest, lying in the shadows of the trees at the border of his lands. At first he couldn't be sure of what he heard, so he rose and listened more carefully to the echoing call. "Great," he muttered, then found himself looking back across the border of his land. He took off at a run, veering towards where he thought the howl had come from. After some time of a heated run - and him berating himself, for straying so far from the heart of the pack - he caught Mawla's scent, and he turned to follow it. After only a moment he figured it was headed for the lake, so he broke off in a straight path towards the lake. He leapt over a rotting log and slowed down, upon catching wind of his pack members - Lythium and Mawla were obviously present, he already knew: Lythium's was the howl he had heard, and Mawla's was the scent he had followed. He smelled a male, first thinking it to be Koer, but instantly sensed that it was no one he knew.
He broke from the treeline, halting completely before approaching the three carefully. "Hello, Lythium," he said, nodding slightly. "Mawla." He halted but did not sit down. He looked at Kohana. "I am Carger," he said, tilting his head slightly. "And who might you be?" He looked at Mawla for a moment, then to Lythium, before returning his settled gaze to Kohana. "Another interested wanderer, perhaps?" He looked Kohana over, noting the wings almost subconsciously. He ruffled his own wings slightly, releasing them from the pinned position on his back that they'd taken when he'd started to run. They remained folded, but relaxed slightly. This male was almost as big as himself, and he was almost surprised. He'd met very few who could match his size, all in his former pack - he personally thought that it was simply difficult to grow beyond a certain size, without being raised in ideal circumstances.
He thought all of that in a few moments, and showed none of it on his face - however, he was only vaguely aware of his own thoughts. He could think of a thousand stereotypes that could be labeled to this male, but was careful to stay indifferent.

Kohana soon forgot his question as he looked towards the alpha. He stood tall as fear rushed threw his body. 'wow, he has wings' he thought to himself, he never met another wolf with wings. HE thought he was the unique type, one that had a god's body. His eyes staring at the wings, he soon remember. 'Alpha' and quickly, his upper body leaned down as his right paw slightly lifted and crossed over the left he made a perfect bow. Respected, he thought bowing was respect. He hope that this wolf thought the same, "My name is Kohana. I was hoping to get your permission to roam, and maybe join?" He says as his voice gave away that he was a very polite wolf. His age was another clue.

Carger's eyes scanned Kohana's face, his eyebrows lifted in intruige with the bow. He seemed to consider Kohana's voice for a moment, and then looked at Mawla and Lythium. "Very well," he said after a moment. "You are welcome to join our pack, though you would be expected to pull your fair share if you do."
He stretched his neck a bit. "If you wish to roam around first, then I would prefer one of these fine ladies, or myself, to accompany you," he smiled with his eyes, glancing at Mawla and Lythium. His face turned more serious - not totally blanking out the amused look, just taking the situation more seriously.

Kohana looked at Carger's expressions, he made sure he didn't miss a step. He didn't want to be asked a question, and couldn't answer. He didn't want to be rude, he looked to Mawla and then Lythium. His eyes kind of kept interested in both, specially Lythium. He found an attraction to both of the female wolves, maybe because they both had a gift of life. He realized that Lythium brought back the things he could easy kill, he found that amazing. His wings opened up and quickly his eyes went back to Carger "I think, I will like to stay." He lowered his head in respect, "What would you like me to do?" He soon said asking for his duties in being an Ileai wolf.

Carger nodded his head, a ghost of a smile appearing in his eyes. "We're glad to have you in the pack, Kohana." He considered the best rank for this male - which was hard to do on such little information. However, he already had two hunters and only one Quero. It was beginning to matter, though, seeing as their numbers were building quite fluidly.
He slanted his head slightly, blinking at Kohana. "We're short one Quero, do you think that rank would suit you?" he asked, licking his lips unconsciously. A wolf with wings - assuming that he was able to fly, which he thought was a pretty safe assumption - would be a great help when looking for wanderers, tresspassers, and prey. It didn't mean he would ask Kohana's assistance any more then he would another member. He waited for Kohana's answer almost eagerly, but kept the gleam out of his eye.
He found it strange, thinking, that he rarely flew. It was tiring, but definitely worth it. He shook the sudden thought away, resolving that it was just something that he never thought about. He made a mental note about it, storing it away as he focused on Kohana again.

Kohana looked at Carger as he spoke of the rank, Quero. He thought about the word, did he even know what that would lead to, or his job and duties? His eyes drifted away as he thought about the rank, he did not want to ask questions but then again no questions are stupid. “Quero, what would be my duties as an Quero?” He says as the word Quero was not really in his vocabulary. His wings opened up as they do have a mind of their own, I guess you can say they wanted to show off since they felt like they were being the center of attention. Kohana staring into Carger’s eyes, as he lowered himself as he felt a little stupid in asking the question.

Mawla smirked at his choice to join the pack. She too, shared an interest in this particular wolf, but every time she thought about that, she also thought about Nevar. "Quero..." She stepped forward and bowed her head lightly in respect to her Alpha, eyes locked on his own. She then turned to Kohana and passed in front of him, running her tail under his chin, and sitting down. "A Quero carries quite the weight on his shoulders," she grinned, "but I'm sure you could handle it." She poked his wing with her paw lightly, wondering how exactly they worked. "As a Quero... you'd need to keep your eyes open. Search the lands for any loners. If they seem harmless, in need of a pack, you attempt to recruit them. Of course, with Carger's consent." Again she turned her head to the Alpha. "Hope your wings are strong, you'll be doing some flying, I assume." She stood and watched him as she went back to her spot next to Lythium, biting at her ear playfully.

"As a Quero, you must be nimble, quick witted, and sharp." She added, looking to Carger, and then to Mawla, and pawed the ground at her. "Mawla is right Sir Kohana, you will have a lot of weight to carry." she finished agreeing with her friend. "As soon as you spot something, report it directly to Sire. If you put this pack in danger, then things will comense. Bad things." she rasped, not intentionally at him, she was forewarning him, in the beginning when she met Carger, she promised him that she would protect the pack, with her last breath, and protect him with her life.
She wanted to tell Carger something, and she almost spoke up, but she bite her tongue and tightly closed her eyes and remained setting behind Carger, what she had to say could wait. Feelings were not important. Not at this point anyway.

Mawla smiled at Lythium and rolled onto the ground in front of her, nipping at her paws and lying still, her eyes at Carger's back. She began to pant and curled herself close to Lythium. She had a great bond with her, and hoped to share it forever. She licked the paw she'd nipped at earlier, and directed her attention back to the conversation. She couldn't help but be so playful. It was itching at her to pounce onto Lythium and begin a spar, but she could not. Now was a time to be serious, as tempting as it was to play. She sighed, but stood up, leaning on Lythium.

Kohana found an attraction to both females, then again he found an attraction to any female in general. He smiled as Mawla passed by with her tail touching his soft underchin. A touch from a female always put him at easy. As she playfully touched his wings, they quickly spanded to their full size as if they were in danger. Lucky for Mawla the opening of his wings did not cause damage just a nice breeze to the face. He soon watched Mawla walk off towards Lythium and saw her since of playfulness, he didn't really see Lythium as a friend towards Mawla, more of a Future mother. In other words, he saw Lythium was very careful, very protective of Mawla as if she was her own pup. But then again, he didn't really know what he saw. His wings slowly lowered them selves back to his spine, as his feet replaced their footing on the ground. He listen very carefully to both Mawla and Lythium as they both describe the position of Quero. Even though he did not show it, he felt as if the two just over spoke the alpha. With that thought in mind he waited for the alpha's reaction to the outspoken wolves. He question the aggressiveness of the alpha that stood infront of him

Carger nodded at the two of them, smiling in satisfaction. Mawla tended to remind him of a pup - she was sort of the youngster of the group, he supposed, but it was good to have someone to go to if you needed a less serious outlook on things. Lythium was responsible. All business, he could say, but a sort of transparent layer that showed the compassion lying within. She cared for the pack, and he really did believe that she would defend it to the last one standing. So would he. He looked back at Kohana, smiling. "This pack is not all play, Kohana," he said, nodding slightly. "But it is a family. The family needs all of its members, and more are always welcome. "So, do you think you would be suited as a Quero?" he said, shaking off the philosophical remark and smiling slightly again.

Kohana lowers his head as he stood to create a bowing stance. He respected them now, as Carger was not so aggressive towards his females, and that he thought of them as family. He felt welcome and that is always a good feeling to feel. "Yes sir, that spot sounds like a great spot for me." He says as he soon stood tall, his wings opening up. His muscles showing through his fur. He was great at protecting, he was great at watching, he was great at whatever he put his mind too. He felt like he had something to look forward too, and the fact that there were females made it even better for him.

Mawla chuckled to herself, "Kohana, you seem protective, very much. I guess I'll have to fight for my own name, then." Mawla: The Protector. She sighed happily and stared up at the sky, wrapping her tail around her paws. She couldn't help but smile. Their family, it was growing so quickly. She loved each and every one of them, and now Kohana was joining into the pack. She couldn't express exactly how this made her feel, but she knew one thing for sure; she was happy. "Oh, Carger, Lythium, Kohana. We're growing bigger every day." She smiled, her tail now unwrapped from her feet and wagging back and forth quickly. Sure, she was an adult, but she was still such a pup inside. She couldn't let that part of her go.
