Lake [Mawla; Open]

[Snow]

Lake

Time: The sun just set, the stars are shining. The moon is only a finger nail size.
Weather: The night chills creep in over the land, the water sways only a little. A mirror image almost. Roughly around 60°F.
Location: On the right side of the lake, closer to the north. Trees that fallen surround him (kohana), along with more walls of trees behind those. The lake only moves slightly, as it creates a mirror image.

Kohana looks around as he stops infront of a fallen tree. Jumping over the now log he looks once again as well as sniffed the area. A smile came to him as he notice a lake infront of him. Walking towards this lake he soon stops, looking to his feet he notice a new shade of color was on his paw. "Nice..." He says sarcastically, as mud covered his paws. Shaking the mud off of one of the paws, he sighs and begins walking towards the lake once again.
He looks at the water, as it stayed still. "I always fancy the water creatures." He thought out loud. After speaking, the lake began to move as his image in the water rippled. A smirk soon appeared on his face.

[Mawla]

On her way to the daily lake inspection, Mawla noticed something quite peculiar; another wolf had taken this exact trail, and recently. She stopped walking and lowered her nose to the ground to get a better scent and verify they were indeed in this pack. "Well I can smell this place all over them. Not to mention my Lord. I haven't met this wolf yet, though, so I better hurry before I lose them."
She began walking again, but faster this time in a trot, keeping here eyes straight in front of her. She came to her destination, the lake, as well as spotting another canine.
"Remarkable.." She whispered, referring to his wings.
She walked over to him carefully, her ears pointed forward and her tail wagging.
"Sorry to stare, but I couldn't help but notice your wings..."
She laughed lightly and sat down, "My name is Mawla. I'll take it you're pretty new around here, huh?" [/color]

Kohana quickly turns towards Mawla, in away surprise to see another wolf. Then again this was a forest most wolves are seen here, he thought. "Yeah, they tend to do time to time." He says speaking about his wings. As they slowly rise and open up, his fur creating a lift almost as if it was static that caused it to stick up. "My name is Kohana, and yes I am new around here. Just Exploring, seeing if this land is something I'm willing to live for." He tries to say, in away slightly in a rude tone of voice. He soon lowered himself as a pain from an earlier fall crept up on him, but quickly tried to shove that off. He looks back at Mawla his thoughts soon spoke to him 'She's a beautiful wolf, and friendly.' He looks away, as he believe everyone's eyes tell others their thoughts. "So, What is there to do around here?" He soon spoke.

[Mawla]

"Well, Kohana, it depends on what you're looking for, exactly. There's a lot of swimming you can do here. Sparring, hunting, you know. The average stuff."
She walked into the mud without a second thought and sat down to drink from the lake. After a few good drinks she looked at him with just her eyes. Her head rose and she stood up again, wading into the water.
"I, myself, am feeling a bit hungry. And it's quite enjoyble to catch fish. That depends whether or not you're up for it though."
She dunked her head into the water and pulled out a fish, which slipped away. She jumped after it, getting deeper in and was laughing as she tried to get the fish.
With no prevail she stood there about neck deep.
"Well, that's a bummer. Fun. But I was expecting to get a fish out of that."
She laughed, again, and trotted back to the shore. When she climbed out she made sure to walked onto the grass away from him and shake the water off of her fur.

The raindrop shaped patch of fur on her forehead began to glow as the moon hit it. She could feel it, because it grew warmer, and it relaxed her. She wasn't as hyped up as she was before.
She walked back over to Kohana and laid down, putting her head on her paws.

Lythium was making rounds of the lands, checking the outlook post for signs of danger and the usual. Her ears perked up as she listened to the sound of splashing, and a thought came to her mind, Mawla. She circled the outside edge of the lake, the moon shining upon her, making her eyes glow green with intensity.

She paused for a moment, set and watched it was Mawla alright but, another wolf was there with her. Wings came into view as she looked at the new one beside her friend. "Be careful Mawla, be careful my friend." she spoke in a whisper o herself, this situation could get ugly, really fast. Her friend Mawla was such a friendly wolf, and Lythium didn't know if she could handle herself out here.

Lythium gulped and slowly she came closer to the two "Hello Mawla," she said in a whisper she turned her gaze to the new one, "Whose your friend? I have seen him before, we met in the meadow." she finished and waited for a response.

[Snow]

Kohana smiled as she watched this wolf go into the water and try to catch a fish. In away he felt sorry for her that she could not catch it. He sat down on his behind. He kept a watch on her, as well as, calculated her movement. He kept quiet most of the time maybe a few giggles here and there. His body sitting straight, his tail only swaying a little as the mud slowed it down. His lower half was slightly dirty by now but he did not notice. His wings slowly moving back into his body in one angle it almost looks like he didn't even have wings. But any other angle it was easy to tell that he was not a normal shape. His eyes quickly drifted to Mawla's forehead as her water drop began to glow in the moon light. He kind of smiled, as thoughts came to his head of the uniqueness of that drop was and the fact he enjoyed water. "Lovely mark." He comments.
He soon turned his look to the female who he remembered from the meadows. He quickly stood on his paws his tail raised a little and his wings opening up. In away he was surprised, but not to surprised. Lucky for the other wolves, he learned to not fear everything around him so quickly. He bowed his head in respect to the wolf, "My name is Kohana. Do I not belong here?" as her face made him think he did not.

[Mawla]

"Ah, well, thanks." She smiled, wagging her tail.
Her head lifted up as Lithium appeared and she barked a hello, a smile on her face. "Lithium!"
When Kohana introduced himself she had no need to say his name, so instead she just kind of introduced them.
"Kohana, this is Lythium."
She stood to her feet again and stretched out, yawning.
She looked up at the sky and sighed heavily, watching the stars twinkle down at her.
A shooting star went by and she jumped up on her two hind feet barking and laughing.
"Guys! Guys there was a shooting star! Did you see it?! Did you see the star?"
Her tail was wagging now, at a mile a minute, and her heart was racing.
She stood still now, with her left front paw up and her tail up as high as it could go, curled at the top.
She carefully watched the sky just hoping for another.
"...So beautiful."
Her paw fell and her tail stayed in it's place, still wagging, slower now, but definitely wagging.

"Well, unless you are authorized to be on the Ileai lands by Sire Carger then you do not belong, but if you are passing through I would be obliged to show you around to get you on your way, but nonetheless Carger must be notified." she said sternly, "I will send for him, other wise its nice to meet your aquaintence finally Kohana." Lythium said, "Mawla, watch yourself. Just.... Be careful..." she finished as she called out to Carger to come forth to meet the new wolf.

Kohana watches Lythium as she spoke to him. Quickly he thought that he knew he would not get along with this wolf, he felt like all elders should be respected but that could of just been his generation. He sat back down slowly, in away just preparing himself incase he had to attack or fight back. Could never be cautious when you don't know your surroundings. He figure he should wait and see if this Carger was a good enough alpha to be obeying too before deciding his stay. "I Wouldn't mind meeting this alpha, Carger, before deciding." As he says in a proper tone of voice.

Lythium was a mysterious wolf, bloodthirsty and creepy, that was just her nature, she knew that Carger had to be notified it was protocol, or at least it was back in the day. After she sent the call to Carger she went back to meet with Mawla and Kohana. "Until Sire Carger gets here, Kohana, welcome to mysterious woodlands of the Ileai. If I can help you with anything at all let me know." She said as she gave an evil smile, not that she was trying to be evil, it was just her way. "Sorry about earlier, its just protocol." she told him.

Kohana nods in agreement and understanding what she must do. He looks to Mawla who laid on the dirt and then back at the water. "Do you have a gift of water? He questioned Mawla thinking that the tear drop on her forehead was her sign, that she had a gift. I mean he couldn't hide his gift since one of his talents rested in plain site. He opens his wings as he stretches out his legs, a wooing sound exiting out of his throat. This feels amazing as he spoke to himself, his sore body from the crash landing earlier that week. [/size]

ooc; this is still before the accident.

"Yes, mother." he joked to Lythium, rolling onto her back. She shut her eyes and listened to the rare breeze rush through the trees. It was silent, now, until Kohana spoke to her.

"Gift of water..." she repeated, opening her eyes. "Yes... I can draw water from the soil. I can tell if you if any amount of water is contaminted, if it's safe to drink. I can tell you when it's going to rain. Some day I'll be able to make it rain. I just have to get practicing, is all." She'd been practicing for a year now. Maybe she just wasn't strong enough...[/color]

"Well that sounds like a good talent, May I ask how old you are?" As his mind thought maybe her age, was the reason she can't bring the rain. He soon stood up, all four paws nicely spread out, as his wings laid on his back. Making it look like he should be tipping over any second, as they over power his body's length. His eyes just staring at her rain drop, as it thoughts drew up questions. He already met a wolf that could easily defeat him if he was in mid air, he questioned if he could ever destroy water. Or if he could ever destroy something so perfectly design. The thoughts soon ran off, as he began to smile again. He looked to Lythium and then back to Mawla awaiting for her answer.

[Mawla]

It brought so much attention, that silly rain drop of hers. She smiled and rolled onto her stomach and stood up, shaking her body to get the grass, leaves, and mud off of her coat. "I'll be four soon."
She looked up at the moon and shut her eyes.
"You see... I can bring the clouds forward, and I can make them go away. I just can't make them cry yet." She spun around in a circle and stretched her legs, leaning forward so her chin touched the ground, and sticking her rump in the air. She whined, please, and stood back up, her head high. [/color]

Kohana watched her movement, such a young creature he thought. He had 3 years on her, and it took him 5 years to understand his gift, and he has not even master it completely. He looks away after she spoke, he felt like staring into a wolf's eyes might give away to much information about one's soul. His wings moving, letting everyone know that they are there. They almost have a mind of their own, always flapping when they want, or moving when they please. Kohana stood tall, as his feet sink more into the mud. The feeling of mud between your nails, almost feels nice. "Maybe it is your age, the clouds want you to understand yourself before giving you a gift of life." He says with a wise tone. He was old, but for a wolf like him, he was young and had many more years to live. That’s if he doesn't fall out of the sky, again. He soon looks to Lythium as she stood there quiet, in away his eyes were studying her before she could place her's on him. "Your alpha takes awhile, I guess this is a large land?" he questioned her.
