Kohana eyes shifted to each wolf, making him a bit light headed as the lighting and contrast changed. He was watch Lythium’s reactions to the new female, and from the corner of his eye he also saw the small smile from Koer . His eyes soon slowly shifted towards Koer, as he watches him smile. “I wonder if he’s thinking the same thing as me” He thought to himself. His eyes soon shift as he didn’t want Koer to take notice of him staring. Now staring at Carger he waited for his reaction to the whole thing. He notice Carger emotions hadn’t change much from the time he came her. He wonder what was wrong with him, but he felt something was wrong as well. He soon spoke up not realizing that the wolf wasn’t exactly in the pack, “WELCOME TO ILEAI” He says with a friendly voice and a stupid smile on his face. He was old, but young at heart and not as smart in the brain sometimes. Maybe he was a deaf or something.

She seen Koer's little smirk, and she seen Kohana stare at him. Lythium knew what they were thinking, she replayed it in her head. "They think I am being Carger's pet. That's what they think, just wait they'll find out, Carger will tell them that I am now a beta... They'll find out." she thought to herself, but kept her facial features to neutral. This was not the time nor the place to start a conflict, and besides that she didn't want to fight. She kept watch over what was taking place, the wolf who knew nothing about her name was starting to remind her of Mawla when they had first met. Silently she sat there waiting.

Carger shook his head briefly, the flames at his paws flaring quietly for a moment in his frustration. It had been two years since he'd seen Faelan, if this truly was her - which he had no doubt it was. "Your pack was at war, Faelan. I left before I got involved, our lands have yet to see battle." He hesitated. "That was nearing two years ago. I am glad to see you are alright, physically, if not scathed by memory." Upon Kohana's annunciation, he smiled. "You are welcome here, my friend," he said, nodding his head.
"And perfect timing," he looked at them all again. "This is for all of you - Kohana, Koer, Faelan now, if she should choose to join us -" he nodded at the two and then looked to Lythium. "And Lythium. I've named Lythium beta - a rank she's earned. I already know that all of you will treat her the respect she deserves as a beta. He nodded, a cautious smile still on his face. He seemed in a better mood then usual, but he knew the complications that could easily rise on the delicate subject.

A tremor traveled into the ground from Koer's paw, straight downward and thus unnoticed. He had been taken off guard but his face remained placid, as if his reason for joining this pack hadn't been given to a female he didn't feel was deserving. If Koer had been beta, he would have chosen someone more independant. It was Carger's decision what he wanted in his beta, and Lythium was at least loyal. He would see though that loyalty isn't enough.
"Thank you, Carger," he says, the finality of his membership dawning upon him. He looked at Lythium and lowered his head in acceptance and respect. When his head came up again he was already back to filing away observations. He glanced at Faelan, genuinely interested in whether she was going to stay.
But he wanted to move, he wanted to make some kind of progress and this meeting was progressing slowly.

Kohana eyes drew towards Lythium, then back at Faelan and then towards his alpha. When he heard his name, he stood up straight and his ears perked. His wings stiff on his back as he stood proud to be in a pack. His paws soon relaxed as he named beta, he wasn't shocked that he was not beta, he didn't believe he had the power to be beta. He smiled at the promotion to Lythium but soon his smiled disappeared. He did take notice that this meeting was slowly happening, maybe it was because they were waiting for Mawla or something. Kohana eyes drew to a shadow in the distance, a scent that only some would know. An Aquene wolf.
Nevar merges from the shadows of the trees, as his head low and his tail between his legs. He did not want to show a threat, and by the look on his face you could tell it was not the greatest of news. Without questions Nevar body twitched, his ears flick as a wave of emotion hit them all. He did not want to speak to all of them, but he wanted them all to know what he felt and what had happen. Nevar's head soon lift as his eyes soon met Carger's, with that emotion he sent. He didn't really have to tell him why he was here, but he had to. I suppose it was respect towards other packs and that it was pretty much his fault. "May i speak to you in private" Nevar says to Carger, as he did not eye anyone else.

The flames at his paws flickered into nothing as Nevar approached. Narrowing his eyes slightly more in surprise then suspicions, Carger nodded cautiously. "Of course, Nevar," he said, turning to the rest of his pack. "A moment, I'll be back in a moment," he called a bit louder as he turned to walk parallel to Nevar. "What's wrong, Nevar? What's happened?" he asked, once they were a distance away. He could instantly feel the dread coming off of his fellow leader, like the lake's waters in a hurricane.
